NAKSHATRA COURSE:
The ongoing Nakshatra course teaches the background, meaning, and application of the Nakshatras of Vedic Astrology in a modern chart reading context. The mythology of each star, its history, but even more importantly, how to use this information practically in modern day chart reading is shown in this course.
There are video lectures for each of the 27 nakshatras with numerous examples of how to see and use the techniques given, not just one or two examples and then moving on. We spend 4 hours or more on just one of the nakshatras, for example. As the course unfolds, I show how various techniques are layered in to synthesize Nakshatras into a great reading.
The examples of how to use nakshatras are not just in natal charts, but also for mundane astrology and prashna charts as well.
JYOTISH AND YOGIC PHILOSOPHY COURSE:
The Jyotish and Yogic Philosophy course is the ideal course to train a true Vedic Astrologer and counselor. To be a good astrologer you must have some wisdom yourself, and the aim of this course is not just to teach techniques but to impart the ageless wisdom of the yogis in a holsitc way, where one gets a rounded out experience of Jyotish and Yogic Philosophy.
The source material for the Jyotish portion of this course will be mainly from Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, Jaimini Sutras, Phala Deepika, Bhavartha Ratnakara, Yavana Jataka and other jyotish works.
The source material for the Yoga portion will be mainly from the Kriya Yoga tradition of Lahiri Mahasaya, Ramakrishna, Ramana Maharshi, Meher Baba, and other spiritual masters. The source texts for this yoga portion will mainly be the Srimad Bhagavatam, The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the Shiva Sutras, the Vasistha Yoga, and the Bhagavad Gita, though many other sources will be touched upon.
The course is still ongoing but once it is complete, I will make each class downloadable and sell it for a complete price. For now it is offerred on a monthly subscription basis until it is completed.
Each course has a written manual that goes along with it as well as numerous pdfs. More and more will be added as the course unfolds. The course also comes with access to a private group chat with other Astrologers and students to ask questions and share thoughts as the classes unfold. I will be uploading videos to this course regularly throughout the year.
